Flower Club Subscription Details

Welcome to the Flower Club, we are so excited to provide flowers for you. We think you are going to love the club!

Q: Is there a minimum commitment required to sign up for a subscription?
A: No, we think that you will love it and ask that you try it for a few weeks/months and if you don't love it, you can cancel!

Q:​ Am I able to set up a subscription as a gift?
A:​ Absolutely, it is the best gift in our opinion. You can chose pickup or deliver straight to their front door. BEST GIFT!

Q:​ Can I skip an order?
A:​ For sure! You can do this using your customer portal or please call, text or send an email to info@merakifloral.com 72 hours before your next charge date. 

Q:​ What happens if I miss my subscription delivery?
A:​ If no one answers, your flowers will be brought back to our shop for safe keeping due to our weather in UT. We have the option for pickup or you are also able to pay for a redelivery. 

Q:​ How do I cancel my subscription?
A: ​You can cancel busing your customer portal, or a cancellation  call, text or email info@merakifloral.com must be sent 72 hours before your next charge date.
