About Us
Beauty belongs in the everyday.
Meraki Floral Co. is a floral and lifestyle shop in Logan, Utah, rooted in the belief that flowers — and the simple act of giving — should be part of everyday life.
Founded on a love of thoughtful design, natural beauty and meaningful connection, Meraki brings together seasonal florals, considered goods, creative workshops and gathering experiences under one roof. Everything we offer is chosen with intention: beautiful enough to feel special, approachable enough to be enjoyed every day.
Our work is inspired by the natural pace of the seasons and the people, places and moments that give life meaning. Whether it's flowers brought home for the kitchen table, a gift chosen for someone you love, or an afternoon spent creating together, Meraki exists to make those everyday moments feel a little more considered.
Simply, thoughtfully, and with soul.
The people behind Meraki.
Meraki is shaped by a small team of women who bring their own creativity, perspective and care to the shop every day. Together, they design flowers, curate the shop, prepare weddings, welcome customers, make deliveries and keep the many moving pieces of a small business moving.

Haily Larsen
Owner + Creative Director
Since taking over Meraki in 2019, Haily Larsen has transformed the shop into a distinctive floral and lifestyle destination rooted in thoughtful design, personal connection and the beauty of everyday life.
Haily grew up in Logan and had long imagined creating something meaningful in her hometown. When an old service station on Center Street became available — a building with garage bay doors she had admired for nearly a decade — she immediately saw its potential. The ability to open the shop to the outdoors reflected the kind of place she wanted Meraki to be: welcoming, relaxed and connected to its surroundings.
With no formal background in floral design or retail, Haily built her expertise intuitively and hands-on. Her approach favors seasonal flowers, natural movement, interesting texture and arrangements that feel collected rather than overly composed. That same point of view carries through the shop.
Haily personally selects the products Meraki carries, often testing and using them before they ever reach the shelves. She is drawn to independent and women-owned makers, quality materials and objects that feel both useful and beautiful. What began as a flower shop has intentionally evolved into a destination where someone can pick up flowers, discover a thoughtful gift, find the right card, attend a workshop or simply spend a little time wandering. Her standard remains simple: if it isn't something she would use, love or give herself, it doesn't belong at Meraki.
Outside the shop, Haily is most at home in her garden, in the kitchen or in the mountains with her husband and Stache — and her favorite flowers are whatever's blooming locally, especially peonies, scabiosa, dahlias and lisianthus.

Drawn to work that is creative, physical and constantly changing, Shaylee traded a traditional desk job for Meraki and never looked back. She continues to design alongside the floral team, and outside the shop, she teaches yoga and grows vegetables at home. Her Meraki favorite is the Pure Good Tallow Balm.

Her favorite work happens at the design table, particularly when she has the freedom to build something abundant and flower-forward — the larger the arrangement, and the more stems involved, the better. Outside the shop, Chelsey spends time skiing at Beaver Mountain with her family and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Her Meraki favorite is the Casa Bella Vida Vanilla.

Maisey Eschmeyer
Design Team
Maisey works across the shop, from floral design and customer experience to keeping the front end running smoothly.

She has a particular appreciation for smaller floral gestures, especially bud vases — proof that something simple can still completely change a room or someone's day. Outside of Meraki, her ideal evening involves Olivia Dean playing, something homemade on the stove and her puppy Billie Jean nearby. Her Meraki favorite is the Baja Zen Body Scrub.

Gracie Fife
Design Team
Gracie first discovered Meraki while studying the business for a college project. By the end of the experience, she had asked Haily for a job.

Since then, she has grown into designing increasingly complex floral work while remaining partial to Meraki's signature wraps, which remind her of receiving flowers at childhood dance recitals. A Cache Valley native, Gracie feels most at home with a good book, a journal and Sunday dinner surrounded by people she loves. Her favorite flowers are scabiosa and vegetable roses.

Lucie Packer
Design & Delivery
Lucie's introduction to Meraki was appropriately spontaneous: after moving onto Center Street, she stopped by the shop and asked if the team needed extra help for Valentine's Day.

She has been part of Meraki ever since, helping with floral wraps and making deliveries throughout the valley. Outside the shop, Lucie loves hosting themed gatherings and holds a particularly strong opinion that popcorn qualifies as an everyday food. Her Meraki favorite is the Banana Toffee Swedish Bubs.

Her connection to Meraki began as a customer — the team created the bouquet for her own wedding — giving her a unique perspective on the brand from both sides of the counter. When she isn't working on Meraki, Murphie spends time watercolor painting and with her puppy, Dottie.

Stache
Shop Dog + Head of Security
Stache is Haily's Giant Schnauzer, Meraki's resident shop dog, and a familiar face around the store. He takes his responsibilities seriously: greeting customers, supervising deliveries, and keeping a very close eye on the front door.
